Can't speak highly about my experience. Darran sourced Lusion globes with brass coloured filaments and tinted glass. I needed them to replace globes from a lamp I had purchased years ago and I couldn't find them anywhere. Darran was so prompt, polite, professional and friendly, Businesses with such wonderful staff should not be taken for granted. Nothing was an effort.Much appreciatedJanieThe photo shows a globe with flarred filament,on the back left that is about to need changing and the wonderful new teardrop globe on the right. I also ordered the round globes. Will definitely be a return customer

The only place in Perth to stock the ceiling fan we were chasing the day before New Years eve. The lady that helped us was extremely helpful and very friendly.We would definitely recommend and best of all it's a local business

I ordered a some lights for ~$200 and there was some unexpected delays on the supplier side. As they were for a new house build there was a risk that I would not have them in time and have to pay extra for the electrician to return to install these. Darren said that he would personally deliver the lights to the house and, if there was an extra electrician charge, then he would cover it. He sorted it all out directly with my electrician.The customer service was way above and beyond what I would have expected for a $200 purchase.

I called in to try and get a 16w T4 fluro tube 480mm which apparently, are no longer being made, for my kitchen light fitting. Marie made several calls trying to find someone in the industry that might have one. The next day she sent me a link to a supplier in NSW and I was very grateful that I won’t have to replace my entire light fitting & bought a few extras for the future. Very good service, thank you Marie.

Great customer service and really good communication. We bought a Ventair fan light. We paid only a bit more than we would have done if we’d bought it online but it was worth the slight extra cost as the order arrived at their store quickly and they were really helpful with product info and best of all, local! Thanks a lot.

Very helpful staff, reasonable prices. Unfortunately, as with many places, trying to get stock is difficult so options are very limited. Parking at door, wheelchair accessible.
