Lamp shade supplier

Can't speak highly about my experience. Darran sourced Lusion globes with brass coloured filaments and tinted glass. I needed them to replace globes from a lamp I had purchased years ago and I couldn't find them anywhere. Darran was so prompt, polite, professional and friendly, Businesses with such wonderful staff should not be taken for granted. The only place in Perth to stock the ceiling fan we were chasing the day before New Years eve. The lady that helped us was extremely helpful and very friendly.We would definitely recommend and best of all it's a local business

Placed an order late on Tuesday night. Was delivered the next day by lunchtime. Price was very competitive for what I was after. Great job.

I’ve had 3 great customer service experiences in the past year, the staff have been extremely helpful especially the lovely Lady, we purchased 6 ceiling fans left them in store for well over a year (paid for) while our home was being built, It wasn’t a problem, they were very nice, thanked them generously, I was helped to my vehicle by the staff to load up, I will be back for more fittings and professional advice. I ordered a some lights for ~$200 and there was some unexpected delays on the supplier side. As they were for a new house build there was a risk that I would not have them in time and have to pay extra for the electrician to return to install these. Darren said that he would personally deliver the lights to the house and, if there was an extra electrician charge, then he would cover it. He sorted it all out directly with my electrician.The customer service was way above and beyond what I would have expected for a $200 purchase.

Great customer service very helpful

Extremely rude man working here. Poorly presented and treats the other staff very badly. Overall a bad experience was had and I won't be shopping here again! I feel so sorry for the lovely lady who works there, she's so helpful and he was so disrespectful to her.

Closed down for months but still shows as open on Google
